The goal of Main Street Preschool is to partner with families to prepare their child for their next big step, kindergarten. A child’s family is their primary educator and Main Street Preschool wants to work with your family, creating a strong village, to provide the best possible care and guidance for your child.
We believe that early education helps lay a foundation of lifelong learning and allows children to discover the power of knowledge. Main Street Preschool will assist in your child’s growth and learning in ways that best suit their unique mind. We will provide a safe, nurturing environment, that promotes social, emotional, and physical growth, with classroom activities that will help to develop relationships with others and the world around them.
Perhaps most importantly, Main Street Preschool strives to instill self-esteem by showing each child who they are in Christ and to help them understand the importance of the Bible in shaping their lives.

Amanda grew up in Licking County where she graduated from Heath High School. She went on to attend Wright State University and graduated with a liberal arts degree in Criminal Justice. She stayed in the Dayton area and began her career at Dayton Children’s Hospital as an Orthopedic Technician.
In 2016, Amanda, along with her husband and 3 children, returned to Licking County to be closer to family. They have been attending More Life Church since the relocation.
An opportunity to begin a preschool at More Life Church presented itself and Amanda took the path that God provided for her towards her purpose. Through her faith, she became dedicated to creating a space for children that would lay a foundation for their education and their spiritual journey.

Sydney is a life long resident of Licking County and a graduate of Licking Valley High School. She spent many years homeschooling her children and volunteering in preschool ministries at church. Sydney and her husband have raised six boys and now have five grandchildren, with more coming. Her family has been a part of More Life Church since its first year.
In the fall of 2021, Sydney was given the opportunity to join Main Street Preschool where she is happy to be a part of shaping, loving and preparing little students for their future.
